At Suta, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Policy
• Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Exchanges are permitted for items of the same or higher value.
• 10-Day Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of the original purchase date.
• Higher-Value Items: If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process an exchange.
• Subject to Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Any complaints regarding defective or incorrect products, or incomplete orders, must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please share clear images or a video highlighting the issue to help us assess your concern.
Our team will review your complaint and advise you on the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Suta Singapore does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Exchanges are available only in accordance with the conditions stated in this policy.
